- Responsibility: The NSO usually does not take responsibility for actions done by nations without citizenship. If your application was accepted (and that you have been masked), the NSO will do its best to protect you if you get into any trouble (unless what you have done is too serious/ rule-breaking/ site rule-breaking actions).
- Ability to be involved: Becoming a citizen grants you the ability to voice your opinion on political matters, get invited to Novara or even join a department.
